How the Pilot runs

  1. Baseline

    Fixed questions, models and market. We record how AI answers today: whether you appear, who is cited, how you are described.

  2. Decision Card

    You receive a Decision Card: the evidence, one proposed change, an outcome window.

  3. You approve

    You make the change, or approve us to make it. It is reversible.

  4. Verify

    After the outcome window we report on three levels: did the change ship, did AI see it, did presence and description move.
